Portrait Of A Star, LLC was officially formed in February 2009 to provide photography services to the Northern Virgina, Southern Maryland, and Washington DC Metropolitain areas.

The business was opened by owners Christine Cloutier-Meier and Steven Meier. Our dream is to create a reputable and professional business in photography.
